GSheets Supercharge

Terms of Service

Last updated September 7, 2026

Agreement

These terms govern use of the GSheets Supercharge Google Workspace add-on and its related access and payment services. By using the add-on, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Free plan and 90-day Premium access

GSheets Supercharge offers a continuing Free plan and optional Premium features. Each eligible new user may activate 90 days of Premium access beginning after the first successful authorized activation. No payment card is required. When the 90-day period ends, no payment is taken automatically; Premium features switch off unless the user separately purchases a subscription.

Trial expiry or downgrade does not delete the user’s spreadsheets or content already created in Google Sheets.

Extension requests and codes

A user may request additional evaluation time. Requests are reviewed individually and may be approved or declined. An approved extension may use a code limited to its intended recipient. Unless stated otherwise, a code is single-use, has no cash value, may expire, and may be revoked if obtained, shared, or used improperly.

Premium subscription

Premium is offered for USD 5 per month through PayPal. The price, billing interval, taxes or mandatory charges, renewal terms, and cancellation method are displayed before purchase. A charge occurs only after the user expressly completes and authorizes checkout. Felix Chery, not Google, is the seller of the subscription.

The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Users may cancel future renewals in PayPal or by contacting support. Unless otherwise required by law or disclosed at checkout, cancellation stops future renewal and Premium access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Failed payments and outstanding amounts

PayPal may retry an outstanding payment. The current plan is configured to suspend after two missed billing cycles, with automatic billing of outstanding payments enabled. This setting is a payment-recovery policy, not a promise of a free extension. Premium access may be suspended or ended when PayPal reports the subscription as suspended, expired, cancelled, or otherwise inactive.

Refunds

Refunds are assessed according to the circumstances, the disclosures presented at purchase, PayPal’s applicable processes, and any rights required by law. Contact support promptly if you believe a charge was made in error.

User instructions and spreadsheet changes

Users remain responsible for their spreadsheets and for reviewing actions before running them. The add-on may modify, add, or delete spreadsheet content when explicitly instructed. Data validation is written only after an explicit action such as “Set as Category” or “Add option.” Maintain suitable backups or Google Sheets version history before bulk or destructive operations.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, or process information you are not authorized to access.

Third-party services

The add-on depends on Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, Google APIs, Google Cloud/Firebase, and PayPal. Those services are governed by their respective terms and may affect availability.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from use of the service.

Changes, termination, and contact

Features or these terms may change as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and revision date. Access may be suspended or terminated for abuse, security risk, non-payment, or violation of these terms.
