How can we help?

Get help with setup, access, billing, or a feature that is not behaving as expected.

Contact support

Email felixkiprono.ke@gmail.com. Include a brief description of what happened and the step you were performing. Screenshots are useful, but never include passwords, payment credentials, access tokens, or private spreadsheet data.

Installing and opening the add-on

After installation from Google Workspace Marketplace, open a Google Sheet and launch GSheets Supercharge from the Extensions menu. Google may ask you to review and authorize the permissions needed to work with the active spreadsheet.

Starting the 90-day Premium period

Eligible new users can activate 90 days of Premium access from inside the add-on. No payment card is required. The period begins after the first successful activation, not merely when the add-on is installed.

Upgrading to paid Premium

Use the upgrade action inside GSheets Supercharge. It creates a secure, time-limited checkout link bound to that installation. Do not reuse or share an upgrade link. Premium is enabled after PayPal confirms the subscription.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancel future renewals from your PayPal account or contact support. Cancellation stops future charges. Premium normally remains available until the end of the paid billing period unless PayPal reports a different effective status.

Trial-extension requests

You may request additional evaluation time from inside the add-on. Requests are reviewed individually. If approved, you will receive a user-bound, single-use code that may expire.

Working safely

Review each operation before running it and use Google Sheets version history or a backup for important workbooks. GSheets Supercharge only writes data validation when you explicitly choose an action such as “Set as Category” or “Add option.”
